CAR RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Age and Driving License Requirements To rent a vehicle with us, you must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years. If you are looking to rent from our minibus or premium (luxury) vehicle categories, the minimum age requirement is 28.
Rental Duration and Mileage Limits Our minimum rental period is one full day (24 hours). If you return the vehicle more than 3 hours late, our system will automatically charge it as an extra full day.

Mileage Limit: For rentals of 7 days or more, you can enjoy unlimited mileage. For shorter trips (1 to 6 days), we offer a generous daily limit of 275 km. If you exceed this limit, a small fee of 10 TL per extra kilometer will apply. For long-term monthly rentals, the mileage allowance is capped at 3,500 km per month.
Additional Drivers Want to share the driving? Any extra drivers must be officially registered on the rental agreement before hitting the road. We are happy to add your first additional driver completely free of charge. If you need to add a second or third driver, a standard additional driver fee (as specified on our website) will apply.
Fuel Policy We generally hand over our vehicles with a quarter (1/4) tank of fuel, and we kindly request that you bring it back at the same level. If you happen to return the car with more fuel than when you picked it up, we will refund you the difference for the extra fuel.
Delivery and Return Locations No matter when your flight lands, we offer 24/7 vehicle delivery and drop-off services at Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, and Dalaman Airports. For our other beautiful locations—including Marmaris, Fethiye, Gocek, Dalyan, Sarigerme, Calis, Oludeniz, Kalkan, Kas, Hisaronu, and Uzumlu—our team is available to serve you between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM.
One-Way Drop-Offs You have the flexibility to pick up your car in one city and drop it off in another. However, a "one-way fee" applies to cover the logistics of returning the vehicle to its original location. This fee is automatically calculated on our website based on the distance between your pick-up and drop-off points.
What's Included / Not Included in the Price

Included: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with an excess, mandatory third-party liability insurance, local taxes, VAT, routine vehicle maintenance, 24/7 roadside assistance, as well as fire and theft insurance (provided police reports are properly filed).

Not Included: Fuel costs during your trip, parking fees, highway and bridge tolls (like HGS or the Eurasia Tunnel), traffic fines, one-way drop-off fees, and optional extras like baby/child seats, GPS navigation, and additional insurance packages.
Payments and Security Deposit You can easily book your car online, by phone, or via email. The total rental fee is collected right when you pick up the car. We accept cash (Turkish Lira or foreign currency) and credit cards (please note that banks may apply a 4% commission for card payments).

Deposit (Pre-authorization): When picking up the car, the main renter must present a valid Visa or MasterCard in their own name. Depending on the car group, we will place a temporary hold (provision) of between 4,000 TL and 8,000 TL on your card. This is not a charge; it is simply a security deposit for potential traffic fines or uninsured damages. If there are no extra charges, your bank will automatically release this block within 20 to 25 days.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Early Returns Plans change, and we understand. If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, no fees will be charged. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you return the car earlier than your contract end date, we will only deduct a one-day rental fee and promptly refund the rest of your payment.
Vehicle Allocation We always try our best to provide the exact car model or a similar vehicle in the same category you booked. If your chosen car group unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will happily upgrade your reservation to a higher-class vehicle at absolutely no extra cost.
Borders and Speed Limits Taking our rental cars outside the borders of Turkey is strictly prohibited. For your safety, please adhere to the national speed limits:

Urban areas: 50 km/h (can drop to 30 km/h near schools).

Two-lane highways: 90 km/h (80 km/h for minibuses/vans).

Divided highways: 110 km/h (95 km/h for minibuses/vans).

Motorways/Freeways: 120 km/h (100 km/h for minibuses/vans).
INSURANCE & DAMAGE PROCEDURES
Our vehicles are protected by mandatory traffic insurance and a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with an excess limit. However, for these insurances to remain valid, you must strictly follow certain rules.
When You Become Fully Liable (Insurance Void):

Theft & Fire: If the vehicle is stolen, you must return the original key and registration documents to our company immediately. In case of fire, an official fire department report is mandatory. Failing to provide these means you will be personally liable for the current market value of the vehicle.

Uncovered Parts: Standard insurance does not cover damages to the undercarriage, tires, windows, or headlights.

Negligence: You are entirely responsible for the repair costs if you put the wrong fuel in the tank, or if you lose, break, or drop the vehicle's key in water.

Driving Under the Influence: If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs during an accident, all insurances are instantly voided. The renter becomes fully responsible for all material, moral, and business loss damages for both our vehicle and any third parties involved.

Unauthorized Drivers: If someone not listed on the rental agreement is driving during an accident, the main renter bears all legal and financial responsibility.

Off-Roading: Our cars are meant for paved roads, highways, and well-maintained village roads. Driving off-road or on unpaved dirt trails is strictly prohibited and voids all insurance coverages.
Optional Extra Insurance Packages For complete peace of mind, you can add these extras to your rental agreement when picking up your car:

Mini Damage Insurance: Covers minor scratches and parking lot scrapes up to 2,000 TL without requiring a police report.

Tire, Glass, and Headlight Coverage: Protects you against damages to the windshield, windows, headlights, and tires—which are excluded from the standard CDW.

Full Insurance (Zero Excess / Super CDW): In the event of an accident, standard CDW leaves you with an "excess" (a deductible) ranging from €300 to €700, depending on the car. Purchasing this premium package waives that excess completely. Plus, it automatically includes the Mini Damage and Tire/Glass/Headlight coverages as a bonus.
What to Do in Case of an Accident Please stay calm and do not move the vehicles. Take clear photos of the accident scene from all four angles and contact our support team immediately.

If it’s a minor, two-car collision with only material damage and both drivers agree on what happened, simply fill out and sign the "Accident Report Form" found in the glovebox.

If there is a disagreement, if it's a single-car accident, if there are injuries, or if the car was damaged while parked, you must call the police or gendarmerie immediately. You will need to obtain an official police report and a breathalyzer (alcohol) test report.

To ensure your insurance covers the damage, you must send us the following within 48 hours: copies of driving licenses, vehicle registrations, insurance policies, alcohol reports, accident scene photos, and passport entry stamps (if the driver is from abroad). Our team will guide you through every step of this process.
Traffic Fines Any traffic fines incurred during your rental period (such as speeding, illegal parking, or toll violations) are your responsibility. These tickets are usually mailed to our office by the police after your rental ends. We will charge the fine amount to the credit card you used for the pre-authorization deposit and notify you via email or phone.
